Villa Caracol is a fully furnished vacation home rental. It is ideal for a group of singles and couples and large or multiple families. But it is also a lovely spot for a couple and price may be negotiable accordingly. This home is ideal for those wanting a quiet, self-service style vacation with a few trips to town for shopping and eating out at restaurants. You provide and cook your own food during your stay but you may also like to hire a caterers to buy, cook and serve your food for some or all of your stay. Let us know if you might like this before your arrival.

This is a four story home. Children are welcome but must be supervised. Smoking is allowed on the balconies and the terrace only. Pets are not allowed.

Holidays here are easy. English is widely spoken. People are very warm and friendly. The systems are generally efficient and easy to negotiate though the pace is laid back and relaxed too. Crime in the Yucatán is low.

The weekly rate is for 7 days and 7 nights. Please contact us to discuss shorter or longer stays and day of arrival and departure. We are very happy to accept stays of less than one week and longer stays, and rates are adjustable accordingly.
